Quality Assurance Policy

 

CCM Factory, Taiwan Central Components Manufacturing is a supporter of ISO (International Standards Organization) 9000 standards and is an applicant through QMI, an internationally recognized testing firm, with registration and certification pending. All of our products are RoHS compliant and lead free.

All quality control procedures are fully documented and available for inspection. All CCM products undergo rigid inspection and testing both for material workmanship and performance. CCM subjects all pre-production products for testing to exceed industry standards, thus ensuring superior post production performance.

Every CCM component is designed, manufactured and tested to ensure compliance with all applicable international safety testing agencies mentioned. Our safety agency reports are on file and available upon request.

Central Components Manufacturing is committed to total satisfaction from initial contact through delivery and use of all our products and services. All CCM standards and procedures are geared to meet requirements of ISO 9000/9002. Following the 2002/95/EC directive on the restriction of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, we have completed a program to restrict or eliminate the use of lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium (Cr6+), cadmium, PBB and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE). We also support directive 2002/96/EC aimed at the proper handling of waste and discarded electronic equipment (WEEE).

Central Components Manufacturing products are warranted for 60 days. The warranty is limited to the replacement of products displaying defective workmanship.
